Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your NZPHS purchase, you can return
the product within 14 days of receiving the item for a refund. We cannot return/refund the product if:
Apparel:
– The product has been washed
– The product has been used
– The product is returned in an unhygienic state
Nutrition/Supplements, Coffee:
– The product has been opened
– The product or packaging has been damaged.
If any nutritional products are delivered damaged or you believe there is a fault with the nutritional product, please contact us straight away at info@pecscoffee.com
Returns Procedure:
Please email info@pecscoffee.com with your order number. We will email you a returns form to fill out. Please send the form and products to:
